Unexpected warmth in challenging times

Arriving after a long journey, I was greeted warmly by the staff who promptly upgraded my room. The spacious ambiance felt like a sanctuary amid the bustling city. The thoughtful amenities made my stay feel special.

Despite the comforting environment, I found the air raid alerts quite disruptive, especially during the night. It was challenging to get used to the loud announcements that echoed through the rooms, affecting my sleep.

Chur! The staff were super friendly, but the breakfast could’ve had more variety, like less classic white tiles in the suite. a cozy stay!

During my stay, the room provided a fresh and spacious environment, perfect for relaxing after long days. The hotel’s communication regarding transport was seamless, which eased my travel needs. Although breakfast options felt a bit crowded, the available dishes were delicious and fulfilling.

I enjoyed my stay in a Standard Double or Twin Room. It offered excellent cleanliness and a spacious atmosphere. The gym was well-equipped, perfect for my fitness routine. The prepared breakfast had a wide variety, catering to different palates. The location was close to many central attractions. 😊

I had a fantastic stay in a standard room, where I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary fruit and a note from management welcoming me. The breakfast buffet was truly excellent, featuring freshly baked pastries and a variety of organic juices, catering to all tastes. The staff really went out of their way to ensure my requests were met with kindness and efficiency.

this hotel is amazin! the location is super central and everything is clean and cozy. beds are really comfy and the gym is nice too. i loved how friendly the staff were, they really went out of their way to help. breakfast was fantastic with a lot of choices!

The rooms have a fresh vibe, making them feel newly renovated, and the cleanliness was spot on. Located just a short walk from the main sights and Kreschatik Avenue, convenience is an understatement.

While the location is prime, inconsistent heating made for some chilly moments in the room, especially noticeable when temperatures drop. Working at a round glass table just doesn’t cut it for business. a proper desk would be a game changer. Breakfast, though pricey at around 900 UAH, fell short of expectations with a limited spread that didn’t justify the cost. Be prepared for the loud air raid alerts, which can be jarring at night, and the lack of effective soundproofing meant that outside noise could be disruptive when trying to catch some sleep.

The room was clean, but I struggled with the thermostat's inefficiency.
